Warm reunion and on to the High Seas!

The group enters the great City of Diamond Bed . They make their way around and eventually come to Delvin's Father's newly established horse farm. Several barns are still under construction but in the few months since he has been there, business is thriving. Delvin is asked to seek out and hire a horse trainer. Meanwhile Fyorn visits the great Library and "borrows" a book called "The book of the travelling Nomad". Jin heads to village hall for some personal matters. The rest of the group does some shopping and then makes their way to the dockmaster to secure passage across the seas. They meet the Harbor master David Longbridge. He finds a ship heading out soon to Mikas called "Termatoor" with captain Grekon Ropetight. Upon meeting the captain, they come to an agreement and are ready to set sail. Delvins father brings gifts for Sura's mother. Two Wyvern eggs and two great horses from the latest brood. Murphy speaks with the druids about the flesh helmet found in the cave of the ooze demon. He is instructed to put it on and also the flesh armor in the other chest. They say that it is cursed but is important and that he will become a greater ally for nature and the world. He puts it on and his skin becomes darker and "Bark like". He gains new abilities including now being able to shape shift into trees. The group leaves port and heads out to the high seas.

On board the first evening, the cook is seen bringing out a large pot of stew when a rat startles him and he spills the soup all over him causing severe burns. Dinner is lost, but Murphy makes good with numerous good berry spells to keep the crew (18 + the captain) well fed. He also heals the chef. The captain reveals his real name is Viktor Blackwater. He is not well liked in town so thought it best to use a fake name within Diamond Bed city.

The rat that scared the chef was a strange creature with red eyes. They kill it and wrap it in leather. As soon as it is wrapped up it immediately changes weight to about 30 pounds....
